It is CASL’s mission to provide safe, affordable and supportive housing for adults with disabilities and to expand housing options for working families to reduce homelessness in our community.
Neighborhood housing
Permanent supportive housing, for those experiencing homelessness due to a mental health diagnosis or an intellectual or developmental disability.
Independence House
Independence House is the first phase of Independence Place, a special planned community to provide safe and supportive housing options for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) located in Seminole, Florida.
Blue Sky & CASL Partnership
Affordable and permanent supportive housing, apartment-style living. CASL case management services located on-site.
Renaissance Manor
An Assisted Living Facility (ALF) with a limited mental health license specializing in adults with a mental health / personality disorder.
